How do I place my order?
Use our easy online shopping form to tell us what you need! Please fill out the list at least 10 to 14 days prior to your arrival date. To avoid mistakes, please be as specific as possible. If your preferences are unavailable, a comparable product will be substituted. A 48-hour cancellation notice is required with a cancellation fee (see below). Specialty orders are non-refundable. We will make every attempt to accommodate last-minute orders but cannot make guarantees of fulfillment.

You will be able to call us back for further assistance at the same number which calls you to confirm your order.
What are your service areas?
Grocery Delivery, Inc proudly serves Pensacola Beach and its surrounding communities, including: Orange Beach, Perdido Key, Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, Navarre and Navarre Beach.
What are the fees?
There is a $40.00 per hour shopping fee with additional delivery cost of 20% of the total grocery and beverage items purchased. We accept VISA debit card. One-day notice and same-day service rates apply.
If you need to cancel your order, a cancellation notice is required 48 hours before your order delivery date. There is a minimum cancellation fee of $75.00. Specialty orders are non-refundable. We will make every attempt to accommodate last-minute orders but cannot make guarantees of fulfillment.
Venmo and Cash app payments accepted.
How much time do I have to place my order before my requested delivery date?
Complete our easy shopping form online at least 10 to 14 days prior to your arrival date if you live outside of Florida. To avoid mistakes, please be as specific as possible when you are filling out the form. If your preferences are unavailable a comparable product will be substituted in its place.
We honor next day delivery services, however, a $5 additional fee will be added to such orders.
We’ll give you a phone call with an 850 area code to confirm your order and payment information as soon as possible.
Grocery Delivery, Inc understands last minute travel delays and complications may occur. We will always attempt to accommodate any last minute requests due to these complications. During peak season, one-day notice and same-day service rates apply.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA debit card and digital payments. You will be personally contacted by one of our Grocery Delivery, Inc representatives via telephone to obtain your payment information.
How do you get the groceries to my vacation retreat before I arrive?
Don’t worry! The information you provide to us in your request allows Grocery Delivery, Inc to contact your property owners or manager prior to your arrival. We’ll make the necessary arrangements with them for your delivery.
Can I order additional items after placing an initial order?
Of course! Extra items can sometimes be an after-thought upon placing your initial order. You can contact Grocery Delivery, Inc by phone or e-mail at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery to request additional items.
After your arrival and during your vacation, if you run out of some items, forgot some necessities, or just want to place another order during your stay, just visit our online order form to place another order, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call us back at the same number which called for your initial confirmation. Please reference your original order number.
Can I order organic products?
Yes! Organic products, including fruits and vegetables, dairy items, frozen meals, baby food, etc., are available to order. Clearly notate all organic selections in your online request. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or special requests!
Grocery Delivery, Inc wants to treat our environment with care and respect. We will deliver your items with eco-friendly tote bags and always support recycling efforts.
What is your cancellation policy?

There is a problem with my groceries. What should I do?
Grocery Delivery, Inc takes all customer complaints seriously. We aim for 100% satisfaction with the quality and freshness of your groceries, as well as with our on-time service. Please contact us immediately if you experience a problem so that we can correct whatever mix-up may have occurred. We welcome all feedback and suggestions.
